My Uncle Clint came by yesterday and helped us light the fire! Now I get to enjoy a wonderful fire that I can control with a remote control! With the weather now getting colder I find me wanting to light the fire when it is really cold. The fireplace puts off so much heat that we turned the furnace down a little and I am comfortable down in my family room wearing a t-shirt!

Very cool--or should I say warm!! :)
How cool is that! I love gas fireplaces.
Soooooo much nicer than fighting with wood burning stoves that make huge messes! We'll have to bring out hot cocoa maker over for watching basketball cosy up on the couchs night! -VAL
